The Newspaper Integration Service (NIS) is used to process Monster XML formatted job files from Newspaper Partners into the Monster database without the need for users to have pre-existing accounts and inventory.
Integrated Resume Search (IRS) is a public web service available from Monster that allows Client’s systems to call into the Monster database to search and retrieve job seeker resumes. IRS improves the recruiter experience as they’ll be able to quickly and efficiently identify and upload qualified candidates.
Shared Apply (SA) is a public service available from Monster that allows job seekers to share their Monster data (resume and profile) with an Applicant Tracking System’s (ATS) customized apply process. SA improves the applicant experience and targets better candidates.
